San Cassiano in Alta Badia

The apartments of Ciasa Declara are in a strategic position, at number 17 of Ciampidel road in Ciampidel, between La Villa and San Cassiano, both in Alta Badia. The house is independent, surrounded by the forest but at the same time easy to reach on foot and with the car. From here you can take the skibus to the ski area of Sellaronda, which is a good and easy way to get to the ski-lifts of Dolomiti Superski without using the car or paying for the car parking. Moreover, the stop of the ski bus is the starting point, so the bus is always empty. It is then a fast and practical solution to get to the ski-lifts, instead of being in center San Cassiano and having a 10 minute walk.

For all of those who have strollers and small children, it is important to know, that the main street is equipped with a wide sidewalk, leading both to the centre of San Cassiano and in other places and is linked to several connecting paths.

To reach Ciasa Declara take the motorway A27 and follow Cortina D’Ampezzo direction, then turn on SR48 towards San Cassiano and continue until you see Ciampidel Road on the right. The alternative way is to drive to Bolzano remaining on the motorway A22 to Bressanone, then before San Lorenzo di Sebato turn on the way SS244. Drive on Val Badia’s SS244 to La Villa, then turn to San Cassiano direction and continue until you see Strada Ciampidel on the left.
